I got gel ombré nails and they turned out beautifully — clean, precise, and exactly what I wanted. The staff was incredibly attentive and even offered fruit and water during my appointment. Such a thoughtful touch. Since I was in a rush, I didn’t have a chance to do calculations for the extra cost. Initially when coming in, the girl at the front said my nails would cost $288k dong (roughly $11 USD). However, when I paid, the receipt showed $423 dong (roughly $16 USD). This is an extra $5 from the initial cost. They said I agreed to an extra layer of gel (which they did not tell me would be an added cost) however, the receipt showed that this was only an additional $90k dong so why did they charge me even more?). $423k minus $288k is $182k dong. Even though this is only an additional $5 USD, this is a lot in Vietnamese dong! I wish they were more transparent instead of charging me a lower cost at the beginning to reel me in. This is shady behavior and principles matter. I would’ve still proceeded with the service had I known it was $16. Even though they did a good job, I will not be coming back because of the lack of transparency.

I came to remove my previous gel nails and clear up cuticles and was not satisfied with the result. My usual place nearby was full so i came here thinking this was a simple job and tried them out. After removing the previous gel, they did not buff the surface, which left the nails a very unclean surface. The result in the photos showed the leftover gel was still on and auto peeled off after a day. And they let me go home with that gel piece still on my nail. The technician told me because my nails are already thin as it is and she does not want to buff it anymore. But that is definitely not the standard in other nail salons here in vietnam. The nail filing was also very unsatisfied since one side is higher than the other (on the same nail) and i had to ask her to even it out. From my experience with other nail salon, i do not think the technicians here are very experienced and skillful. I am glad i did not get a new set because i don’t believe they can deliver a quality work. Boyfriend also did a mani and pedi and the lady who served him did such a quick job, most felt like she just wanted to finished off asap, not very meticulous as a nail place supposed to be. Salon offered yogurt and fruits for both of us which was nice but that is just an add-on while their actual main services were not that great.

I had such a lovely experience at Lychee today. I got a Biab done and absolutely loved how detailed and neat the nail look. The staff are incredibly patient, gentle, and friendly — they really take their time to make sure everything is perfect and that you’re comfortable throughout. My husband also came along and got both a manicure and a pedicure, and he really enjoyed the experience. He was very happy with the service and the attention to detail, especially during the pedicure. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and skill level of the team were excellent. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for beautiful nails, great service, and a relaxing experience. Will definitely be coming back! 💅

Daisy did my nails and she’s AMAZING, so detail oriented, the entire set is perfect from every angle. She also freestyled a bit so my nails are truly one-of-a-kind but still follows the inspo I found on the internet. Highly highly highly recommend this place and asking for Daisy! I get my nails done in North America all the time and have never seen such craft and efficiency.
