I was referred by a friend to try out yoga at Luu Thi Health Center, and ever since then, I’ve been hooked! I genuinely look forward to every yoga session. I highly recommend this health center — Tham is incredibly patient, professional, and passionate about what she does. I'm so happy to continue learning yoga from her. I've already noticed many positive changes in both my body shape and overall health. I can’t recommend this center enough!

Highly recommend, since taking yoga lessons I've seen huge improvement in my posture, imbalances between left and right, flexibility and strength. Tailors each session to your individual requirements and clearly knows well how the body and spine works. She will laugh at you occasionally when you collapse on the floor after a specifically difficult exercise, but this is balanced out with many "Very good" and "Very nice" comments as well.
Lưu I had an incredible massage experience at this place! Lưu, the masseuse, was exceptionally skilled and provided a satisfying and intense massage. She knew exactly how to target the right spots. On top of that, Lưu has the most adorable pair of dogs, which added a delightful touch to the ambiance. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic massage. Can't wait to return!
Hidden Gem in Thao Dien. One of the best Massage I've had in Ho Chi Minh so far. Luu is very welcoming and definitley knows what she is doing. She's got her own technique working on the spine. Big Pain relief for me. I saw she also does Yoga classes and can help you with Nutrition. Highly recommended this place. Thank you very much Luu. I will be back!
