Extremely disappointed and angry with my recent experience at this clinic. I am a returning patient who previously had a gum procedure and purchased a very expensive custom mouth guard from them (the original recommendation came during my gum treatment for my tooth sensitivity, not a free checkup). Based on the initial, acceptable experience and a text message I received from their staff, I chose to travel a long distance to return. The text message explicitly states: "Please contact us if you experience any discomfort with the device... We will contact you for a check-up in 6 months! Please bring the device with you at that time! Thank you..." ["장치물 끼시다가 불편한거 생기시면 언제든 연락주세요~ 6개월후에 검진때 연락드리겠습니다! 그때 장치물 챙겨서 와주시면 됩니다! 감사합니다~저희가 6개월 후에 다시 연락드리겠습니다."] Any reasonable person would interpret this as an included follow-up service for an expensive device. Yet, when I returned for a scale and polish and casually asked the dentist to just visually confirm if my teeth were now ok after using the expensive device for months, they demanded I pay for a separate check-up. They were asking me for an X-ray I didn't need. They then claimed the text message didn't imply a free check-up for the device follow-up. This was a complete surprise and felt like a shameless money grab. If this "check-up" required payment, their staff should have been honest and stated that in the message, rather than sending misleading, polite follow-up messages. To make matters worse, the Korean director/dentist was very unpleasant when I questioned this policy. I wasn't asking for an extensive, deep exam; I just wanted the basic follow-up the clinic themselves had suggested in writing. I feel completely cheated by their misleading communication and greedy business practice. I will never return to this clinic and I strongly urge others to avoid it. They only care about getting your money. Extremely negative experience.

Very clean and professional. I had a clean and polished which I was happy with. However, the filling for a sensitive tooth literally took less than a minute and I left with the tooth just as sensitive. Not quite sure what he did in such a short time frame. I have never had a filling done in less than a minute.

A highly professional dentist who explains everything clearly. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-maintained. I am very satisfied with all the treatments I have received.
