Genuss Serviced Apartment - Hotel in Thao Dien, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City

We spent the last year living in Genuss and couldn’t recommend it more. Tammy and all of the staff are a real highlight, they go above and beyond for the tenants. The pool and rooftop area are one of the best in Thao Dien and the apartment was perfect for what we needed.

I’ve lived here for 2 wonderful years, and every single moment has become a beautiful memory that I’ll carry with me forever. ❤️ Everyone here has been so warm, kind, and welcoming, always treating me like I’m truly part of the family. It’s more than just a place but became a second home. I honestly couldn’t recommend anywhere else more than Genuss. Thank you for all the love, kindness, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Genuss will always have a very special place in my heart. ❤️ Forever grateful and sending all my love to Ms. Tammy and the entire team. I’ll miss you all so much! 🥰

I lived at Genuss for 2 years during my time in Vietnam. The staff are friendly, professional and always helpful. The facilities and location are great too!

I stayed in Genuss for over five years during my time in Vietnam and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. The building is in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood in Thao Dien, yet still close to everything you need. It’s very affordable, well maintained, and has a great rooftop with a pool that never gets overcrowded. Ms. Tam and her staff are extremely professional and genuinely caring. The service is excellent and the cleaning team consistently does a great job, which really makes long-term living easy and comfortable. If you’re looking for a low-rise building with fewer apartments, more privacy, and a strong sense of community, I wouldn’t look any further. This was hands down the best place I found in Thao Dien, and I would highly recommend it. 😄

I have been living at Genuss for more than a year now and I don't see myself moving anytime soon. The quality of the services is superior to anywhere else I've lived at in the country. The cleaners take their time with their work, the staff is friendly and ammenable, and the residents are always respectful and quiet. The staff and management really care about meeting your needs and are always responsive. If something needs repairing or there's a problem, it's fixed on the spot. I have never had a problem living there and my standards are now way higher! Special shout-out to the quality of the building gym and the attention put into the interior decoration and cleanliness. No mold or water damage!
