I had a full facial extraction at We Do Clinic already twice, and both times everything was extremely professional, friendly, and caring. The extraction was done so precisely and carefully — honestly better than anywhere I’ve ever experienced before. My experience here has been amazing. Friendly staff and an exceptional doctor. Even with a free consultation, the doctor took his time and consulted with other professionals, giving me the assurance that the right treatment would be recommended. I was also very nervous given it was a surgery, but with the doctor’s precision and carefulness, it was completely painless. Prices are good, and you are provided with all the neccecary information and follow-ups. Highly recommend!
Update: the team did work with me to provide a refund of the unused portion of my package. They explained more information. Be aware of scam and bad medical advice. I went in for laser hair removal and chose the Alma. At the clinic, the explanation sounded good and information about the two different lasers they have was clear. It was recommended that I do the laser treatments every week to 10 days. I got very fatigue and had body ache after the first treatment. The treatment triggered an inflammatory response. Which they did not mention. Given the reaction, I did research on the frequency of laser hair removal treatments and it is recommended to only do laser treatments every 4-6 weeks at the earliest due to the cycle of hair growth. Any more than that can result in injuries and ineffective. So, bad medical advice was given for sales and waiting for them to response to my refund request for the two sessions I won’t be able to use given the time. I trusted the clinic but extremely disappointed in them prioritizing sales over effective treatments and health. The advice on the frequency was given by the doctor, Mia. Be aware when they are trying to sell you packages and may not have enough healing time in between.
