A truly memorable experience I visited the spa with my family, and we honestly had a very pleasant experience. The owner is extremely kind and caring, always paying attention to even the smallest details, which made all of us feel comfortable and well taken care of. While I was receiving the treatment, I felt thirsty, and the staff kindly brought water directly to the treatment room without any hesitation. This thoughtful gesture really made me feel valued as a guest, not just someone coming for a service. The spa is clean, quiet, and relaxing. The staff are gentle, polite, and professional. My family and I were all very satisfied and agreed that we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm and attentive spa experience

I requested a back–neck–shoulder massage but received something closer to a generic relaxation massage instead. Less than half of the session focused on the requested areas, with only a couple of minutes spent on my neck. The pressure was extremely light throughout and ineffective even as a relaxation massage. The therapist wore headphones during the session, which felt unprofessional and disengaged. The space itself was acceptable but not very clean, and the foot wash was done next to an open toilet bowl, which was unpleasant. I was offered a small cup of lukewarm ginger tea at the end. Overall, this was not what I asked for and not a good experience regardless of expectations. I would not recommend it and suggest choosing a place with stronger reviews, even at a higher price point.

Great spa in Thao Dien. The space is clean, calm, and very relaxing. The staff are professional and attentive, and the treatment was gentle but effective. I felt completely refreshed after my visit and will definitely come back

Be careful – the staff don’t speak English, so make sure to confirm the treatment you want using a translator. I went with my sister and we had some misunderstandings because of the language barrier. The service was okay, but clearer communication would have made the experience much better.
