Did not get a chance to give them any business. I was planning to do full orthodontic treatment. Braces or invisalign. But now, I’ll just choose another office. Added their zalo, made a request for appointment on their website live chat, but haven’t heard back from them in 24 hours. I ended up going to a nearby competitor instead.
Went for a teeth whitening and nothing happened. They took pictures beforehand and after. But didn't bother showing them to me. I didn't see a change at all except having less money.
This is a new location; it’s quite clean and bright, with spacious parking. All the staff were friendly and prompt. I came at 3:30 on a Wednesday afternoon with no appointment and there was no waiting time. Dr. Quynh Anh was my dentist. She did a fantastic job, no sensitivity. She was able to answer my questions clearly. She has a pleasant manner and was happily humming the entire time. This was the first time in my entire life that the dentist did NOT request me to open my mouth wider - and I really appreciate that she assumed I was doing my best in that area.
Pleased with the services, well defined & clear process. Highly recommended.
The dental clinic looks absolutely brand new, everything is clean and tidy. They are also very transparent about their cleaning and tool sanitation processes. Overall highly recommended
