I had a great experience at Mayu where I took advantage of their facial promotion. The staff is accommodating and informative. I also appreciated the architecture of the spa/clinic. It feels like coming home instead of going to a clinic. I will definitely be back.

Last Wednesday, I had my third Brazilian waxing at this clinic. A few hours after returning home, I started to feel unusual itching and stinging in the treated area. By the next day, there was also discharge, and as the symptoms seemed to worsen, I went to see a gynecologist on Sunday. The doctor was convinced that it was vaginitis, which can very well occur after waxing, and prescribed antibiotics and vaginal suppositories. This situation has been extremely frustrating and distressing for me. I visited in there and explained everything. I requested a refund for the remaining hair removal sessions, but they were told that it has nothing to do with them and that they cannot provide a refund. Is anyone interested in taking over my remaining waxing sessions?
Came in for lymphatic body massage with rf and the girls were all so helpful and sweet. I bought a package for 10 sessions and received 3 for free. Will come back to try other things as well.
