I visited L’USINE in Thao Dien for the first time. Since it’s a well-known brunch café, I was really looking forward to it. We ordered the Eggs Benedict and the Squid Ink Pasta with Crab. For drinks, we had a hot Americano and the Grape and Hibiscus Tea. Both the dishes and the drinks were delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant, as well as the staff’s service and hospitality, were excellent, and we were very satisfied. The squid ink pasta was slightly on the sweet side, and I felt it could use a bit more saltiness and umami. The Grape and Hibiscus Tea, on the other hand, had a refined and subtle sweetness, which I enjoyed. There were many other attractive items on the menu, so I would definitely like to visit again.

This is such a beautiful café in Thảo Điền! The design and atmosphere are really charming, making it a relaxing place to spend time. The food is tasty with good portions, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. A great spot whether you want to have a meal, coffee, or just sit back and enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommended!
