I had my first pedicure in many months, and it was such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and professional. If you’re visiting, I highly recommend asking for Ennie, Stella, Sophia, or Ngocie. They were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. Even with a bit of a language barrier, we found ways to communicate, laugh, and make the experience fun and entertaining. My pedicure was relaxing, thorough, and exactly what I needed. I left feeling refreshed, with my feet looking and feeling amazing. Thank you to the team for such wonderful service—I look forward to coming back!

Worst nail salon I've ever been to. Staff are very attitude and rude. I told her that I wanted my nails to have no rounded corners n be very sharp according to the old shape but she still filed my nails with rounded corners. And my nails were lifted after 3 days, im a person who has always worn long acrylic nails for many years n this is the first time I've had acrylic infill lifted so quickly like this . And they did a very sloppy job on my cousin's nails, they didnt put enough glue to attach the charms to her toes. My cousin did it last Saturday n the charm fell off the next afternoon. I wont comeback to this salon again.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and discomfort with the quality of service I received during my most recent visit to your salon. I have been a regular customer of this salon for three years and have always been pleased with the gel pedicure designs and the overall service. However, this time the experience was extremely unsatisfactory. I will not be returning to this salon. Before the treatment I showed the nail technician a photo of the design I wanted; she confirmed that it was fine. Once she began working, she was unable to reproduce the design. She then complained that my nails were too small — a fact that should have been apparent from previous visits. If the technician was unable to perform the requested design, I believe she should have informed me before beginning. The technician repeatedly erased her work and attempted to redraw the design, but ultimately could not reproduce it. I left with only a plain color rather than the requested design. Two staff members worked on my nails and the colors on the left and right were inconsistent. I also overheard the staff speaking in Vietnamese and laughing while looking at my nails. Because I understand Vietnamese, I heard their derogatory comments, which made me feel very uncomfortable. The overall quality of the salon’s service and the technicians’ skills appear to have declined. Your prices are not lower than other salons, so this experience was particularly disappointing. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues so other customers do not have a similar experience.

me and my two sisters went and had excellent service. I had a nail tech called Sisi she was very friendly and gave me arguably the best nails i have ever had!!! I definitely recommend Fame and especially recommend Sisi! (below is a picture of my nails!)
