청춘스시 Chung Chun Sushi - Syokudo and Teishoku restaurant in Thao Dien, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City

Oh my god! It was so good. I’m so surprised about the kimbap. Everything is perfect. The boss must have a good sense of art. I love this restaurant.

Didn’t get the freshest batch of fish but could still tell it was a quality cut. Very generous portions (thick & large cuts of fish on the nigiri) Would order again!

Got the lunch set: miso soup, salad, 10 pieces of sushi, 1 shrimp tempura piece, and choice of udon/or cold soba noodle soup. 240k. Also hot tea was included. All in all, it was an enjoyable lunch. Will come again.

This is not your mediocre sushi restaurant, which Saigon has in spades. This is Korean influenced and run. Their menu is a bit unique, less offerings than most places which is a plus in my book. No rolls. The standout is the sushi, it’s higher quality than usual. Noodles and fried item were okay. Prices are good and slightly higher than average. I’ll be back. Great lunch deal, but too much food for me.

Stopped by for lunch, they have a ~250k sushi special that comes with noodles and salad. The sushi was decent, not amazing quality but good enough for a work lunch. The atmosphere though is very pleasant and the staff are attentive. Large portion size too, so it's ideal for big appetites.
