I’ll be honest, I usually worry that places with a view like this trade flavor for aesthetics, but Chang Bistro is the real deal. The pasta was a total standout—perfectly al dente and you can tell they aren't cutting corners with the ingredients. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, which is a huge plus. Definitely not just another 'Instagram spot,' the food actually holds its own.

Homemade pasta where you can choose both the type of pasta and the sauce. I personally love the gnocchi with Gorgonzola which really taste like in Italy 🇮🇹. The view over the river and the landmark is really nice. My only comment is that the portions are a bit small

Tucked away by the river at 16/9 Nguyễn Văn Hưởng, this cozy spot offers not only delicious food but also a breathtaking riverside view that’s perfect for a relaxing brunch or a romantic evening. The vibe is peaceful and chill, with tasteful decor and plenty of greenery. I loved the outdoor seating—it gives you a calm escape from the city noise while still enjoying the skyline. Their cakes are beautifully presented and rich in flavor. I tried the tiramisu and it was divine! They also have a good range of drinks and savory dishes. Everything is prepared with care and served with a smile. Service was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. The prices are fair for the quality and location. If you're looking for a place to unwind, enjoy good food, and take in a great view, Chang's Bistro is definitely worth the visit. I’ll be coming back soon for another slice of cake and sunset view!
The food and view are both great at this restaurant. The only thing we would have appreciated more if there is an air-conditioned area to sit especially on a hot day, because both the heat and mosquitoes made the experience a little less amazing than we would’ve had. Also because it was an outdoor area, there were people smoking and it wasn’t the most child-friendly place to be when we happen to dine in with customers like that and share an open space together. Other than that, we love the food here very much!
