This was the first nail salon I've ever visited that didn't even wash customers' feet before a pedicure. I came here once before because the staff member who treated me was very careful, so I decided to return. However, on my second visit, the price was completely different. This time, the owner was there, and I was charged much more than before. What really upset me was that they appeared to have two different price menus—one for local customers and another for foreigners. When they realized I wasn't Vietnamese, they showed me a different menu with higher prices. I questioned them because I remembered the prices from my first visit, and when I pointed out the difference, they seemed flustered and couldn't give me a clear explanation. They also charged an extra fee just for trimming the dead skin around my toenails, even though this is normally considered part of a standard pedicure. If you're a foreigner, please be especially careful. Ask to see the price list and confirm the total cost before the service begins. I was charged nearly 100,000 VND more than I expected. The second issue is hygiene. They didn't wash my feet before the treatment, which I found very unhygienic. During the pedicure, the skin around my toenail was cut and started bleeding. By the time I got home, my toe had already become swollen. I also know people whose toes became infected and even developed pus after getting pedicures at nail salons, so I'm genuinely concerned about hygiene and the risk of infection. I didn't notice them disinfecting the tools or applying any antiseptic after the cut, which I really regret not paying more attention to. Overall, my biggest concerns are: Poor hygiene. Different prices for the same service, with what appeared to be separate price menus for locals and foreigners. Please check the prices carefully before you agree to any service. Don't assume the price will be the same as your previous visit.
