I had my manicure and pedicure at Privé Spa today and really enjoyed the whole experience. The attitude was very professional, the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, and I’m very happy with the result. Thank you for the great service — I will definitely come back again!
Normally I enjoy getting my nails done here and recommended this salon to others because of how well they take care of my nails. Unfortunately that was not the case this time. The staff was different and overall I wasn’t as satisfied with the service. The lady who did my manicure didn’t want to give me a second coat because it would take longer to dry (I always get regular polish because gel breaks off my nails) but the quality looks poor now. It’s only been 5 hours since I left the salon and already the polish has faded from the middle of my nail. The rest have dents, bumps and aren’t fully painted all the way. 😪 it’s just not the same quality as usual. Additionally I felt very rushed. Usually I’m offered a drink and allowed to sit and wait for my nails to dry, but that was not the case during this visit. ***Update: Changed from 3 ⭐️ to 5 ⭐️*** The staff reached out and offered me a complimentary fix at my convenience. The service was much improved the 2nd time around, similar to their usual quality of customer service. I appreciate that they were proactive to find and provide a solution. I can happily still recommend this spa to others.
I’ve been doing my nails my entire life and in many places around the world and I’ve honestly never seen this level of precision and attention to detail. They work meticulously on every little part around the nails and really take their time to make everything perfect. The level of care and professionalism is truly impressive. I also did waxing here, and the experience was just as great. They have very soft hands and the technique is so gentle that I barely felt anything. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality service. They are truly excellent at what they do. I had Wendy, who was amazingggggg
Great experience here so much! Vy and Luna were amazing, they were so fast and was out here in a giddy. Super pretty nails and highly recommend even if just for a short visit.
My friend recommends here for manicure and pedicure. It’s a lovely place. All the staff is very kind and professional. Sometimes they have promotions, and I got a free hair spa which is very comfortable. I’ll come back again for sure.
