I love the experience my nails superb and na the nail artist doing her great job this spa is the best spa in around Vietnam !!!!

Such a lovely experience. The massage was exactly what I needed, the head spa was deeply relaxing, and my nails turned out perfect. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I walked out feeling refreshed and pampered.

Absolutely absurd and 100% a tourist trap. Paid VDN$915,000 for hard gel (which is already a premium price even for the expat region). To my surprise, it does not come with coloring?! Had to pay add-on for coloring, and another extra payment for “design”(according to the staff is the shiny layer on top which took 5 secs to do is considered design??) Three individual payments charged for what you see in the picture, judge for yourself. Would not recommend.

Normally I enjoy getting my nails done here and recommended this salon to others because of how well they take care of my nails. Unfortunately that was not the case this time. The staff was different and overall I wasn’t as satisfied with the service. The lady who did my manicure didn’t want to give me a second coat because it would take longer to dry (I always get regular polish because gel breaks off my nails) but the quality looks poor now. It’s only been 5 hours since I left the salon and already the polish has faded from the middle of my nail. The rest have dents, bumps and aren’t fully painted all the way. 😪 it’s just not the same quality as usual. Additionally I felt very rushed. Usually I’m offered a drink and allowed to sit and wait for my nails to dry, but that was not the case during this visit. ***Update: Changed from 3 ⭐️ to 5 ⭐️*** The staff reached out and offered me a complimentary fix at my convenience. The service was much improved the 2nd time around, similar to their usual quality of customer service. I appreciate that they were proactive to find and provide a solution. I can happily still recommend this spa to others.

I found this nail salon on XHS while searching for good places, and it popped up as the top recommendation. I walked in without a booking and the service was superb! They even served welcome drinks for each of us. I did the manicure & pedicure gel package — very professional and detailed. They went the extra mile by helping my aunt buy a pair of slippers from outside the shop because her nails needed more time to dry. Amazing service! Totally recommend getting your nails done here. 💅✨
