THE COZY NEST HOTEL - Hotel in Thao Dien, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City

The air conditioner makes an excessively loud noise every time it drains water. Despite reporting this to the reception and being told it's being repaired, the situation hasn't improved. It's been impossible to sleep here for two nights.

They double book my room, and then tried to convince me to cancel my booking and book directly with them. They demanded more money than the Agoda rate, they made 3 different excuses on what was happening, then cancelled my booking because I wouldn't pay them more money. Very unprofessional operations.

A good place to stay during the week for a business visit to Ho Chi Minh City. It's located in a cool area, with many dining options and quiet places to work and sip coffee, like Green Monkey, which has a lot of healthy food and good coffee.

I had a good stay here. The rooms are clean and in good shape, the staff are friendly, the location is good and the price is right.
