This is a very special place in Thao Dien! I love their home made kefir, cheese, kombucha, sauerkraut, bread and veggie soups. 👏👏

While living in HCMC I went to many Qigong classes hosted here. I highly recommend the services offered here, even if you must go out of your way. The food products sold I also found to be exceptional.

It's the perfect go to place of you want to start doing ballet. The ballet classes are well-paced with detailed instructions. Unique to this studio are out of this world hoola hooping classes by a flow arts expert who can provide you with a cardiovascular training that comes with new skills. The studio also holds some acroyoga workshops that will definitely get you flying at the end of the course.

Thao Dien Eco Wellness is a true gem. Superb happy that I discovered this a bit hidden studio. The place itself is a tranquil oasis with skilled instructors who create a welcoming space to practice. The morning flow classes are the perfect energizing start to the day, while the yin and delicate flow sessions provide a deeply restorative experience.
