This is my X time at Spa Bar—first at Spa Bar Thảo Điền, and now here since the very beginning of its opening. Each visit feels familiar yet renewed. The space embodies nature and rhythm in its own quiet language. Every Spa Bar has its own charm, and at this NVH location, nature truly holds you in its arms, surrounded by strong green leaves and exotic flowers. The thoughtful balance between indoor and outdoor spaces sustains a steady sense of relaxation. At moments, you may feel gently disoriented—wondering whether you are still within the spiral noise of Ho Chi Minh City, or momentarily transported back to a more original state of being. The service and staff consistently maintain their best efforts. I deeply appreciate how Spa Bar survived the Covid period while preserving its business ethics and service integrity throughout the years—a rare and admirable achievement. Compared to traditional Thai massage therapy spas, Spa Bar offers a broader range of treatments, from gentle, calming massage styles to stronger, more technical therapies requiring higher-level skills. In addition, they provide skin and hair spa services, making it possible to dedicate an entire day to self-appreciation and restoration. To complete the experience, Spa Bar also has a small vegan restaurant, nourishing the body from within and supporting a smooth, sustained glow and flow.
