아침 메뉴는 아보카도 팬케이크, 연어 샐러드, matcha magic latte를 중심으로 구성되며, 특히 라테는 여러 리뷰에서 이름이 따로 언급될 만큼 존재감이 있다. 낮이 저물면 테라스로 저녁 바람이 불어오고 분위기가 전환되며, 시그니처 버거와 버섯 샐러드가 테이블의 주역으로 나선다. 테마 이벤트는 비정기적으로 열리지만 매번 높은 호응을 얻는다. 다만 이벤트 운영 시 서비스 부담이 늘어 응대가 다소 느려질 수 있다.
반려견 동반이 가능하고, 베트남어·영어 병기 메뉴를 사용하며, 단체 손님을 위한 테이블 합석도 지원한다. 직원 Quang은 사진 촬영 도움과 적극적인 메뉴 추천으로 여러 리뷰에서 실명으로 등장한다. Google 리뷰 470건 기준 4.7점으로 이 지역에서 높은 수준의 평점을 유지하고 있지만, 일부 리뷰에서는 피크 타임에 음식이 식어 나오거나 테이블 관리가 서두르는 느낌이었다는 지적도 있다. 이벤트와 다이닝 운영이 겹치는 시간대에 간헐적으로 부담이 생길 수 있음을 시사한다.

Location, right on the river. Great views. We caught the Waterbus from our hotel. The food has been up there with the very best we have eaten in our 17 day stay in Vietnam. The staff are very helpful with their suggestions. Service is fast and efficient. Strongly recommended this restaurant.
Had my wifey's special 40th birthday at Satsuma, and it was an unforgettable night! Big thanks to Johnnie, Leo and the team for helping me organising this event. They showed great flexibility, offered a reasonable package and treated us with an amazing buffet. Add to this the nice river vibe and the vanilla sky, this is the place you need for a very special night!
It's restaurant or bar beside the river. It's really nice decorations and interior. It was very cozy place. Wine bottle is from 750K, so nice place to chat with friends with drinking wine. I'm not sure if they serve foods or not, so I cannot evaluate. I remember they closed 22:30 on Friday night. It's a bit too early. Anyway it's located at the end of the small street, so may be a bit difficult to find.
So cool and unique! As someone who grew up in Belgium, it was so nice to find such a lovely selection of Belgian food and drinks here (La Chouffe!). The atmosphere is special, the staff are lovely, and you can’t beat the location. Since it’s right by the water, you get this amazing breeze which means it's not as hot normal. The view is so nice too. Highly recommend!
forgot to take more pics of the place but i still want to leave a review for this 5-star hidden bar, with the DJs playing really nice and chill music. here you can seek for a perfect sunset view, watching the sun goes down and the city lights come up. i'd also like to give sincere compliments to the staffs, even the DJs - super nice, supportive, they brought such happy and comfortable vibe to the guests 🫰 the coconut mocktail was cool, 140k vnd, excluded VAT, no service fee applied. i will soon reserve a table for another chill weekend. love this place already. p/s: pet friendly space 🐶
