I had a very enjoyable Korean BBQ experience at 맛찬들 - Matchandeul BBQ Thảo Điền. The restaurant has a lively and authentic Korean atmosphere, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends. During our visit, we mainly focused on the beef dishes, and the quality was excellent. The beef was very fresh, tender, and full of flavor. We also tried the beef hotpot, which was warm, comforting, and perfectly seasoned. One of the highlights was the kimchi fried rice with cheese — it was very rich, fragrant, and the melted cheese added a great creamy texture. Another thing I really liked was the variety of vegetables served with the meal. There were so many fresh vegetables and side dishes, which balanced the richness of the beef very well and made the whole meal feel complete and satisfying. The staff were very professional and attentive, helping with grilling and making sure everything was served nicely. Overall, the food quality, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. I would definitely recommend Matchandeul BBQ Thảo Điền for anyone looking for a great Korean BBQ experience.

We were looking for a place to dine on the first day of Lunar New Year and were lucky to find this restaurant. Even though it was quite crowded, the staff were friendly and quickly arranged a table for us. We chose the pork set menu, and it was absolutely delicious. The restaurant provides complimentary garnishes, which pair wonderfully with the grilled meat and really enhance the flavors. It was a fantastic dining experience, and we would definitely love to visit again.

I have a very good experience here, they serve great dishes from the main dishes from beef and pork, the side dishes are also great. I rarely see Korean restaurants serving such delicious Banchan, and their meat is also very fresh and sweet. Everyone should come and try it, the restaurant space is also very spacious and clean.

6/10 from me.. The food was fine, my complaint is the service at this location.. I had called ahead to rsvp for a bday dinner; when we arrived, there was a 20min wait to be seated, 15min to get the menu, 30min to get help with cooking the meat, then little waits in-between for banchan refills. Matchandeul pride itself for the exception service. I’ve had great experiences everywhere else, just not this rodeo.

Quite a bit of options, comes with a lot of complimentary dishes/appetizers. The beer is great, and the prices here are very fair. As someone who is visiting from the US, the KBBQ experience here is great and definitely competes with those in the US
