I have been here since September 2022 when it first opened, and never had any issues. Reception staff and spa therapists are friendly and professional from body massage, nails, facial and head spa treatment! Thank you for your service :) The only bad thing is that I end up falling asleep because it’s too relaxing so I’m probably not awake to enjoy it fully ;) just kidding PS: their little treats whilst you wait are really yummy as well haha

We had an amazing experience at Hygge spa. We really enjoyed the Dream time massage, all of us felt so relaxed afterwards. The service was brilliant and the staff are lovely and attentive. Would highly recommend! Can’t wait to come back already.

Took back and legs massage and my wife took body scrub. Amazing service, beautiful ambiance. Very polite staff, booking is recommended, walk in is also accepted but booking it in advance is better.

I used to be a regular customer, but recently I’ve been very disappointed. The prices are 20–30% higher than other places, and the only real advantages used to be the friendliness and the quiet, uncrowded atmosphere. Lately, during massages, once I fall asleep, the therapist barely applies any pressure and just rubs lightly. As soon as I wake up, they suddenly start massaging properly again, as if pretending to work. It made me realize that I’ve been overpaying by about 30% and being treated like a fool, so I’ve decided not to come back.
