Delicious coffee and lotus tea. I waited pretty long for my table to be available cause the staff didn't clean the area. I ended up taking the drinks to go.

I accidentally spilled my coffee and it was replaced without hesitation not to mention that I don’t even ask them. This is an example of excellent service, ensuring that you had a positive experience despite of the mishap. You guys are the best! Five stars! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I've been a frequent customer of Highlands and experienced several shops of the chain. However, the experience at this store was bad and annoying. The cleaning staff had bad attitude toward customer which showed the deficiency in the training activity. She (the old lady) had many unacceptable behaviors that was really unprofessional.

What I'd expect from a Highlands Coffee. This location has upstairs and downstairs seating, with an outside balcony area on the 2nd floor. Free indoor motorcycle parking at the back is really convenient especially when it's raining. Would be nice if the staff understand better English, however it might just be my accent that they have problems with. I won't take a star off for that. WiFi works as expected. I nearly took a star off for the indoor advertisement boards. I want a chilled ouy atmosphere when I get a coffee, not advertisement screens next to my seat. It really kills the mood. Background music was good. Seemed to be chart hits. Overall I found it to be a nice chain coffee shop.

One of the best coffee shop to chill. New decor makes it look a little less boring. Breakfast and snack.l is simple no more than “Banh mi”. :3
