Bearloga Bar는 Thao Dien에서 독보적인 자리를 차지한다. 러시아 바와 카페, 후카 라운지를 하나로 합쳐 매일 새벽 2시까지 문을 여는 곳이다. 음식은 슬라브식 가정 요리에 충실한데, 보르쉬는 살로와 흑빵, 신선한 쪽파와 함께 나오고, 쉬르니키는 아는 사람만 시키는 단골 메뉴다. 올리비에 샐러드와 사모바르 차까지 더해지면 마치 District 2로 이식된 할머니의 레시피 목록 같은 메뉴가 완성된다. 동유럽 출신 교민이나 러시아에서 시간을 보낸 이들에게는 그 친숙함 자체가 이곳의 매력이다.
후카 프로그램은 음식 메뉴와 나란히 운영되며 고유한 단골층을 끌어모은다. 흡연자들은 품질과 일관성을 높이 평가하고, 직원들도 장비에 대한 이해가 깊다. 저녁이 되면 테라스는 러시아어를 쓰는 단골손님과 호기심 많은 현지인, Thao Dien의 다양한 외국인 손님들로 채워지며, 모두들 계획보다 더 오래 머무는 편이다. 분위기는 시끄럽지 않으면서도 따뜻하다. 좋은 음악과 세심한 서비스, 그리고 자리를 재촉하는 압박도 없다.
슬라브 전문 메뉴 외에도 주방은 대중적인 바 스낵도 능숙하게 소화한다. 치즈가 넉넉히 올라간 nachos, 부드럽고 간이 잘 배었다는 평을 받는 chicken breast, tacos, 그리고 이름까지 입에 오르는 소스와 함께 나오는 fries가 그것이다. 오전 10시에 문을 열기 때문에 오후 내내 카페로 기능하다가 해가 지면 바 모드로 전환된다. 새벽 2시 영업 종료와 적어도 한 번은 확인된 새벽 4시 조식 서비스 덕분에, 대부분의 주방이 문을 닫은 뒤에도 Thao Dien에서 가장 늦게까지 갈 수 있는 곳 중 하나로 꼽힌다.
I ordered chicken breasts and nachos from Bearloga and everything was absolutely delicious! The chicken breasts were perfectly cooked — tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The nachos were fresh, generously topped, and had the perfect balance of crunch and cheese. You can really tell they care about quality and taste. Great portions, great flavor, and fast service. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We visited this place and were extremely satisfied! The staff is very friendly and attentive, the location is perfect, and the atmosphere is super cozy. The hookahs were top-notch, with great flavor and quality, and the overall vibe made us want to stay longer. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to and recommend to friends!
