Lê Văn Miến에 자리한 Bagel Brothers는 단 하나에 집중해 Thao Dien 교민 사회와 단골 손님들의 신뢰를 쌓아왔다. 속 재료 하나하나에 공을 들인 수제 베이글이다. 반죽은 딱 알맞게 부드럽고 쫄깃해서, 미국에서 자라 베이글을 먹고 큰 손님들도 이곳이 그에 못지않거나 오히려 낫다고 평가할 정도다. 할라피뇨 치즈 베이글은 흉내만 내는 매운맛이 아닌 진짜 열감을 선사하고, 수비드 로스트 치킨에 직접 만든 페스토와 선드라이 토마토를 올린 chicken pesto는 원래 다른 메뉴를 먹으러 왔다가 완전히 마음을 바꾼 손님들을 만들어냈다. Salmon cream cheese lox는 두 번 휘핑한 Philadelphia 크림치즈 위에 케이퍼와 고급 훈제 연어를 겹겹이 올려, 인근 어디서도 찾기 어려운 뉴욕 델리 카운터의 맛에 가장 가깝다.
주방은 오전 6시 30분에 열어 출근 전 이른 손님은 물론 여유로운 아침을 원하는 가족들도 아우른다. PlayStation 셋업 덕분에 아이들이 즐겁게 시간을 보낼 수 있어, 서두르지 않고 식사를 즐기고 싶은 부모들에게 현실적인 선택지가 된다. 리뷰에서는 직원과 사장에 대한 구체적이고 자발적인 언급이 눈에 띄는데, 단순한 칭찬이 아니라 매주 다시 찾는 이유로 꼽힌다. 도넛은 베이글 다음의 또 다른 이유로, 단골들은 호치민시 최고 수준이라고 평가한다. 대부분의 손님은 베이글을 먹으러 왔다가 결국 둘 다 주문하게 된다.
콤보 메뉴는 베이글에 Vietnamese milk coffee, 생코코넛, 오렌지 주스 중 하나를 조합할 수 있으며, 전체 메뉴는 Grab 배달로도 이용 가능하다. 목요일부터 토요일까지는 오후 2시에 영업이 끝나므로, 평일 더 긴 운영 시간은 이 지역 원격 근무자들에게 특히 편리하다. Thao Dien의 넓은 카페 씬 속에서 Bagel Brothers는 뚜렷한 자리를 차지하고 있다. 사진을 위해 꾸며진 공간이 아니라, 진정성 있는 제품 품질과 오래 머물고 싶어지는 편안한 분위기를 갖춘 아침 식사 전문 공간이다.
Home delivery review. Nice bagels, however they were quite chewy and the texture wasn't as good as some of the competition in Thao Dien (New York Bagel, for instance). Internal contents of bagel were fresh and flavourful. Doughnuts were reasonably good; a little heavy and greasy, but I've had much worse elsewhere. Coffee was just unpleasant, however, it was iced (no choice of hot....) and clearly Vietnamese Robusta beans, so you get what you pay for. I would hesitantly recommend.
How is it that I come here once a week and I still don't have any photos of their food? Because it's so good I devour it as soon as it hits the table. Seriously, my husband and I love this place. And though we usually go for the bagels, their donuts are arguably the best in town. Bonus points for having kind staff and lovely owners!

Stumbled upon this place looking for breakfast and got lucky. Great coffee and bagel sandwiches. We got the bacon and egg. If you're in the area, give it a try. We quite liked it.
Might be my favorite bagel anywhere. Soft, chewy, hand made...puts american processed bagels to shame. The jalapeno cheese bagel had major kick which was a very pleasant surprise. Modern, clean, great service.
