California Fitness & Yoga Pearl Plaza is a top-notch gym with a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for anyone looking to stay active in a clean and well-equipped space.
🇺🇸I was able to buy a 7 day all day access pass, take part in amazing classes, be surrounded by locals and tourist who actually lift, tons of spin, aerobic, boxing, and cage style classes. And the juice bar with fresh pick fruit and veggies. Those who are working on muscle have the add extra shot of whey. My favorite was the alvacado smoothie with why Ask for Ms JD she took great care of me and didn’t try to push an long term package knowing that I’m only in town for a well👍🏾
I am a VIP member at California Fitness Pearl Plaza. The PT promised an iPhone gift and said it was approved by the head regional manager just to push me to buy their PT Session and reach their sales target. After I paid, there was nothing. The team keeps delaying my refund request with no clear solution. Very misleading sales tactics and extremely poor customer service. This seems to be the same sales structure across many branches. I strongly recommend people avoid joining this club.
It's a good gym with good equipment and friendly staff. But it is a mess, I don't mean it's not clean, it is, but the weights are everywhere, nobody replaces the weights, or anything else. If they do, they put them where ever thy want. They have staff everywhere, but they don't have a person whose job it is to organize the gym. It's frustrating and could easily be solved by telling there employees to organize the gym. I have been there at every time slot and it is always the same.
Good atmosphere, quiet if go early in morning. PT is friendly and catering to needs, been having good experience as a beginner. They monitor progress and adjust accordingly. The system could always use more improvement but it had been alright overall.
