Other peoples feet were in my face on my mat, and, as much as I wanted to practice equanimity and go with the flow, it was distracting.\n\nA second improvement would be to have oscillating fans on in the class. I don’t mind the open-air vibe and the AC turned off, but some airflow surrounded by that many sweaty bodies would be welcome.
