The staff were wonderful, and the view from the balcony is truly breathtaking. You can just sit back and take in the entire city from up there. The best time to arrive is around 4:00–4:30 PM, when the balcony isn’t crowded yet and you still get to choose a seat with your preferred view. By around 5 PM, it starts to fill up, so going earlier gives you the chance to enjoy the sunset.
