Here’s what I have to say.\n\nThe tonkotsu bowl is easily the best out of the three. The broth has a deep flavour and cannot be outmatched, fatty and salty in a good way. It paired even better with a touch of garlic and chilli oil near the end.\n\nThe garlic broth is almost as good as the tonkotsu broth but it gets repetitive and lacks the same depth. Adding the chilli oil brought out more flavours from it.\n\nThe last one we tried was the very spicy aka the mala ramen. It was just alright. The noodles I was a bit disappointed with, as I had ordered the hard style noodles but they tasted quite soft, and this was a recurring trend across all the bowls we tasted and was unfortunate.\n\nThe chashu is spectacular. Great flavour and perfect thickness. The eggs are also spot on with great flavour and a touch more runny while still jammy.\n\nWe also tried the gyoza and kaarage. The gyoza was a bit softer than I would like, either due to the size or for not being on the pan longer. The kaarage however was really lovely, great crunch and taste without feeling extremely oily.\n\nThe only problem I have with service was more of an order problem rather than a staff problem. They require you to use a QR code for the menu, where you input your mobile number and name, but my sister and I had ordered separately and they decided to combine our bills. It made it more difficult to split it afterwards and we had to wait an extra 5-10 minutes for it to be sorted.
