Their smoked cold cuts makes the best sandwiches. Thinly sliced 24hrs brisket, pickled eggplant, melted cheese, rocket, tomato on a toasty sourdough. Another must try was the flaky croissant and rich house smoked salmon, creamy cheese with a hint of lemon zest. Both have just the right sort of harmony a great sandwich needs: rich, earthy, smokey, deep and with a slight tang. The sandwiches were so good we had to order a mixed smoked platter from the dinner menu and it was scrumptious.
